How long does processing and delivery take?

Some items are kept in stock and ready to pack, while some items and personalized orders are engraved as they come in. Items are usually engraved and shipped within 2 to 4 business days. During holidays and peak busy seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. Final delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping charges are calculated by weight at checkout. We also offer expedited shipping options if you need your order sooner. Plus, enjoy free standard shipping on all orders of $99 or more!

What is your policy on returns and exchanges?

For standard, non-personalized items, returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Because personalized and custom-engraved pieces are tailored specifically to you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.

What happens if an item arrives damaged?

We take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to love your decor. If your order arrives damaged during transit—whether it is a standard piece or custom-engraved—we will promptly issue a full refund or send a replacement piece at no additional cost.
